For Barrie, by Barrie.

I moved to Barrie when I was 3, back in 1996 and over the past 30 years I have seen Barrie grow and change, in some ways for the better, but in recent years for the worse, with previous administrations being placid and our current one being down right malicious. I personally fed up.

So I am giving serious consideration to running for mayor myself, I’ve identified 4 key issues that concern our city.

Traffic, Transit, Housing and Homelessness

Not only is our current administration, not tackling these issues, but in some cases they are making them drastically worse.

I am no politician, I’m a transit worker

I see these issues on a daily basis while driving people all over this city and I hear first hand the frustration of my neighbors.

So I ask your opinion, should I throw my hat into the ring, and what is your most pressing concern for this city?
